Wow, Mynd has completely blown me away. I've used multiple meditations apps over the years; but the custom meditation here is like nothing I've ever experienced. Whether I'm prepping for a meeting or want to clear my mind while I'm on a walk, I tell the meditation exactly what I'm dealing with, and it creates a meditation that fits me perfectly. Its not some generic, one-size-fits-all session— it truly gets my situation. Also spoke with my AI Bestie and it feels like a coach who really understands me. This isn't just another meditation app — its personal and I love it.
