Plan and track your work schedule with In Office Rate. Record each day as Office, Work From Home, or Off, then view your monthly working-day totals and in-office percentage. Set a target rate to help plan ahead and stay on track with workplace requirements. Plan upcoming holidays by selecting a date range in the calendar. The app automatically counts holiday dates as Off and shows a live countdown in months, days, hours, and minutes. Individual holiday dates can still be changed to Office or Work From Home when needed. The app also includes everyday expense tracking. Add expenses by date and category, including food, drinks, commuting, equipment, trips, utilities, subscriptions, donations, and other expenses. Review your spending by week, month, or year, with total spending and category percentages. Export your work status and expenses as a CSV file for a selected date range, including dates with no expenses recorded. Use In Office Rate to organise your working pattern, look forward to upcoming holidays, understand your expenses, and prepare clear records for personal or tax-related administration.

This version adds holiday planning with a live countdown. Select a holiday date range in the calendar, automatically mark the period as Off, and view the remaining time in months, days, hours, and minutes. Individual dates within a holiday can still be changed to Office or Work From Home when needed. We’ve also improved holiday countdown behavior and overall calendar usability.
