Subscription Information:
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
The cost of the renewal depends on your subscription plan.
Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off in the user’s Account Settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription during the free trial period.

Love that it has a customizable layout and doesn’t lag. Occasionally takes a second to connect, but way better than juggling multiple remotes. Definitely recommend if your devices are compatible!

$520 a year for a buggy app

The app continuously disconnecting from my TV isn’t even my biggest complaint. It’s the company’s blatant scam of charging their customers $10 A WEEK for a remote control app ($520 a year). They make sure to have the default payment at $10 a week - hoping that the customer doesn’t cancel their 3 day free trial - allowing them to charge their credit card $10 EACH week. This is not a legitimate app - it is a scam company using a cheaply made disguise so they can trick people into paying them $10 a week for a “service” that doesn’t even work. Shame on the people behind this - you know what you are doing. And shame on Apple for featuring these weekly subscription models that are designed to steal money away from customers (mostly elderly people) who do not have the skills to navigate their phone and cancel subscriptions.

I don’t have a remote yet in order to activate the use of my phone. I have to have the remote to select allow. No option for support when I try to connect it says no email available which is a joke because it’s on my iPhone with my Apple ID. Can’t cancel my subscription without losing the money and it’s only been 15 minutes. Great reviews for people who already have their remote and just want the convenience of using their phone, but our remote is lost and I would like to use my phone to control the television. Have a yearly subscription, but a waste of my money sad.
