Good tool for founders and SMB/start ups. You can use it as a Slack alternative or as a centralizer for incoming messages. The app pulls your emails, Slacks, and WhatsApps all in one place and has some good AI functions for summaries and AI suggested replies. No other app that I know of can do this for email, Slack AND WhatsApp. It’s useful with minimal work up front, and if you feed it more memos and use it for longer, it gets better and better.

I use Tanka everyday on my laptop and phone. I like that there is an AI assistant that helps formulate responses for me and helps structure some of my strategic planning documents. It’s also a great collaborative space where I can share information with my colleagues and documents. I like the workflow that Tanka offers and would use it for other projects outside of work as well.
