I was searching for google slides and found this app. I thought it was some sort of paying apps, but it’s both free and paying! These shortcuts are awesome and not time-consuming. I use these apps a lot for researches and work! Even tho they need to pay for widgets, ‘cause I rlly need those, the app’s amazing. The app isn’t like those many-ads games. I rlly love how they have all sorts of apps not only for work, but for entertainment, locations (ex: Google Maps) and calendars. This app is like my default set for work, for entertainment, places and calendars, like a big mall. I’m grateful for having an app like this!
Great app that get 5-stars after some necessary changes

I was looking for an app that would help decrease the amount of tabs I have open in Safari, and I absolutely refuse to download Chrome just because I’m an Apple snob.Anyway, the app does exactly what I looked for. It’s much better for me to have this app open alongside Safari on my desktop. I can hide Mail, Drive, Docs, Meet, etc and switch between each one as I need it.Does everything I want it to, but there are some bugs and improvements that will make this a 4-star for now.First, when I download a file from Drive to my computer, the icon in the menu bar pops up with red text saying “Item not found.” I go to my downloads folder in Finder and see the item I downloaded there. Confusing and not helpful error message.Second, in Gmail, I can’t attach a file from my computer. I can attach a file from GDrive; a pop-up appears and I can search for the file easily. EDIT: I’m able to attach a file, but when I’m not in full-screen the Finder pop-up gets lost behind other windows. Don’t know why, but doesn’t seem like an app issue. In full-screen the Finder pop-up appears just fine. All in all, I’m excited to continue using this app and I look forward to harnessing its power to the max. Thanks for the useful tool. Cheers!

Lots of limitations for paid product

Honestly, I was expecting more from this app. Looking at the screenshots it looks great but in practice, it’s worse than simply pinning each Workspace app individually and enabling desktop notifications. I was expecting better desktop-life experience.1. App WindowsI was expecting this to allow me to pin each Workspace app as separate icon in the dock and essentially provide a desktop-like experience - that’s why I thought I was buying this for. NO! All Workspace apps you launch live in the same icon in the Dock - meaning you don’t have separate Gmail and Google Chat icons in the dock you can switch to easily. Horrible experience.2. WidgetsYou can add widgets to your desktop. Great, right? I’m on macOS Sequoia. The widgets look nothing like the native ones, they don’t act like regular widgets. In fact, when the app adds them to my desktop, it adds them OVER my existing widgets. To make things worse, they don’t use the same grid system so you can’t even organize them manually.3. IconsGoogle Chat has Gmail icon. These are literally the two main apps I use the most - Gmail and Chat. If they both live in the same Dock icon, and even after you reveal their windows they have the same website icons - what the hell does this app even solve?I wish I can get my money back. To me, this offers zero meaningful features to help using Google Workspace and the features that it does sound great on the App Store description are implemented in the most backwards and senseless way. I am unsure what value the positive reviewers actually get out of this app in its current state.

Scam

I downloaded this without looking into it enough. It is a scam. It looks like Google, but it’s just the developer’s attempt to cash grab from Apple users. My wife set up her separate profile on the new Mac, and this app recognized that she visited Gmail on the Safari browser - even though she had not installed the app on her profile or ever used the app. That’s not normal behavior for an app. Then when she did anything with any Google product, it pushed her to use this app with annoying pop-ups. That’s scammy. The only reason I downloaded it was because I couldn’t find Google apps in the App Store and thought this was what I needed to resolve that issue, but my wife showed me that the Google apps can be downloaded directly from Google without using this scammy app. I’d give it NEGATIVE stars if that was possible, but alas, one star is the lowest rating possible.
