American Jiu Jitsu is a dynamic martial art that builds on top of the submission ground fighting style of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and strengthens it with American Wrestling and Judo. Grappling is the strongest foundation to any martial art, and with this comprehensive and versatile system, we have prepared our students for all combat scenarios, whether it's for self defense, a jiu jitsu competition, or MMA Cage Match.
American Jiu Jitsu's grappling is then paired with a striking discipline rooted in traditional Karate, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing that focuses on dominance through strategic positioning, precision, and power. This complementing blend of martial arts builds a well-rounded style that not only promotes physical prowess, but also fosters adaptability and a deep understanding of both stand-up and ground-based combat scenarios.

All of our instructors are certified by top martial arts organizations and have undergone extensive training to ensure that they are equipped to provide the best possible instruction to our students. Our Instructors are SafeSport Certified.
