Blood Pressure AI: Old Adults
BP & Pulse Monitor for Seniors
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Blood pressure tracking, made easier to keep up with.
Keep readings you have already taken in one clear diary. Designed with older adults in mind, Blood Pressure AI: Old Adults offers large numbers, easy-to-tap controls, and convenient ways to record your measurements.
AI & VOICE LOG
Type or say a reading such as “120 over 80, pulse 72 yesterday at 8 PM.” AI Log helps fill in your entry for you to check and save. Apple's on-device AI is used on supported devices. Simple text entry is available when it is unavailable; voice entry requires a supported on-device speech language.
COPY NUMBERS FROM A PHOTO
Take or choose a photo of numbers already displayed on your monitor. On-device text recognition suggests SYS, DIA and pulse values beside the original image. Compare every number with the photo and correct it before saving. Photo entry does not connect to the monitor, take a measurement or verify the monitor's accuracy. Recognition can make mistakes.
LARGE, SIMPLE MANUAL ENTRY
Use scrolling number pickers for systolic, diastolic and pulse. Set the date and time, add notes, and select multiple tags. Create your own tags with colorful icons to add context to your diary.
YOUR HISTORY & TRENDS
Explore weekly, 30-day and all-time charts. View average, highest and lowest saved values. Browse reading cards, search tags and notes, and filter by date or pressure range. Colored categories organize your diary; they are reference labels, not validated diagnostic thresholds or medical advice.
REMINDERS FOR YOUR ROUTINE
Create multiple reminders with your own times, weekdays and messages. Tap a reminder notification to open manual entry.
READY FOR YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT
Export a chosen date range or the readings you have reviewed in History as CSV. Include your optional name and birth year, then choose where to save the file or share it with your healthcare professional.
LOCAL & PERSONAL
Version 2.0 has no advertising or tracking SDKs. Your diary and optional profile are stored on your device. Photo recognition, AI entry and supported voice dictation run on device. No app account is required. Choose Light, Dark or System appearance on iPhone and iPad.
IMPORTANT
This is a diary for existing readings. It does not connect to, pair with or control medical hardware, and it does not measure blood pressure or pulse. It does not diagnose conditions or recommend treatment. Use your own blood pressure monitor to take measurements. Check all imported values before saving. Consult a healthcare professional before making medical decisions or changing medication.
