26.4 Release introduces a video duress call workflow, PSTN calling, and new social features such @mention and High Fives. Sync also includes landscape mode for tablets. Chats and Contacts are enhanced with line of sight, allowing managers to chat and call frontline workers under their organization. Sync also provides a new voice announcement that identifies a caller so that frontline workers do not need to look at their device.

Workcloud Sync 26.1 release enhances voice commands, adds audio alerts for ToDos & low battery on wearables, and brings Zebra AI to wearable devices. It integrates with Avaya, RingCentral, & MetaSwitch PBX systems. The UI is updated with more user context. Task management is improved with offline support and expanded line-of-sight for non-store users. New external APIs for U-Search and event publishing allow for better system integration, improving communication, task management, and device support.

Workcloud Sync 25.10 Release enhances wearables with a customizable home screen providing quick access to chats, calls, and to-dos. It also introduces new voice commands for tasks like completing to-dos and sending messages. Communication is improved with features like call merging, late join for PTT calls, and enhanced chat functionalities. Additionally, the To-Dos feature now supports an offline mode, allowing users to manage tasks without an internet connection, with automatic syncing upon reconnection.

Workcloud Sync 25.7 reelase adds support for additional languages, duress voice calls, new calling features such as call forward, call transfer and calling methods for departments. Includes updates to To Do listing, creation and details with new calendar module.
