I am incredibly grateful for the services and team at Eternal. I am engaging with my body in a whole new way because of their insights and direction. (Two different things.)I am 48 years old and have been teaching Pilates for 24 years. I have worked in health and wellness tech for 10 years. Naturally, I came to Eternal brimming with curiosity… and perhaps a touch of confidence. Besides teaching Pilates, I have been active at the gym with extra saunas and cold plunges. I felt like I was doing pretty solid. Eternal changed that perception in the most positive way. There was no guilt or shame… just clear data from blood tests and a performance exam that showed opportunities for improvement.This is an app review so I will slant my review accordingly. The Eternal App carries the professionalism, warmth, and clarity that is exemplified by the Eternal Team. The app delivers personal insights, reading materials, and videos that educate me on what is happening and what needs to happen, and how those improvements will benefit my active lifestyle. My training, sleeping, eating, and mood have all greatly improved. I can feel the difference. My mom noticed it in my face. (Thanks mom!)I use the app much more frequently than I thought I would. I have used it to book my blood tests, performance exam, follow up meeting with my Eternal Clinician, and a meeting with a performance coach. If I have a quick question the Concierge Team is brisk in their response.The entire user experience is silky smooth. I can’t wait to take my performance exam again in the spring and get some of my markers out of the red and orange! The UI will only reflect the changes that I can already feel… and it all feels great.

Highly impressed by the personalized podcast. The initial report podcast presentation left me understanding not only the raw lab numbers but how they mattered when evaluated together. I've never, in any previous lab results explanation, received that level of break down and left me more deeply understanding what I prior just tracked to an arbitrary numerical range.

For years, I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I’m generally health so my insurance wouldn’t pay for anything but I felt off, tired, lack of energy and motivation. Eternal fixed all of that! Advanced labs, physical assessments helped get me on the track I needed to be on. Thank you Eternal

Signed up for the service. After being invoiced they showed no appointments available for assessments for 6 weeks on the app. Only way to communicate is through the app with their concierge. Response times range from an hour to several days for a reply. After three months of paying for the service I still have not received a report or advice or coaching. For the last several weeks have been told that my reports are coming next week. Would definitely not recommend.
