This app is truly a game changer and I feel like will be an industry standard sooner rather than later. Thanks to this app, I applied to over 1000+ jobs, landed interviews at 15+ companies and finally ACCEPTED AN OFFER at my next role. I started using this app in May and it took me 3 1/2 months to land a role. I was laid off in December and the job hunt over the year has truly been SO TOUGH. Rejection after rejection after spending hours upon hours applying. For mental health this app helped change with my mindset of, well if I’m going to face rejection at least I can be fine knowing i didn’t spend 2+ hours applying for JUST that 1 role and I saved time and energy by swiping on 40+ roles for only maybe 1 hour. It sounds like whatever but time and energy matters when applying to roles especially when you are getting denied. Anyways, OBSESSED with this app and can’t recommend enough!
Would be better as an Agent rather than full AI completion

This app is great for finding jobs, quickly applying to them, and then keeping up with the emails that numerous applications send. The biggest downfall is the amount of information it fails to provide to the application, or poor information provided to the application. This would be much better solved by having the AI fill out only what it is 100% confident on, then allowing the user to finish the application/edit what was uploaded by the AI. Applications will still get done faster than the usual, and there will be full control for the user to be able to take charge if needed. So many of my applications fail as well, which is a big issue if you have a reliance on the app for applying to places. There’s no option to force a retry, you’re just kind of stuck with it as failed unless the app does miraculously retry it (I have applications from 2 months ago still in the state of pending). It would also be very nice if the app learned from the things you swiped on so you can see more relevant positions that are open rather than a large jumble of things that are relevant to your filters.
Seems pretty cool so far

I just downloaded it so idk how it will work out for me but there are reviews on here saying they got jobs so I have hope Few things - 1. it looks like it still costs one of your application credits even if they can’t source the application once you’ve swiped 2. Being able to have tabs or something to separate the applications that were successful or not would be helpful 3. Having a more structured view or ability to filter based off tech stack or language would be helpful- I’m seeing frontend jobs and my entire CV is backend 4. I’m getting tech lead and senior jobs when I filtered for mid level 5. For some reason I can search for additional job titles to add to my profile but can’t actually add them 6. Knowing how the companies are going to respond ( email - phone etc is helpful ) 7. This is just a feature idea and far off from where they are at right now but once people have interviewed with companies letting people give feedback on the process in the app or a company experience rating association from Glassdoor would be cool8. I know $15 a week is reasonable for some people especially in tech but having a smaller amount option or a payment arrangement where if we get placed for a job through the app then we pay $250 or something would be preferable

Thanks for your review!! To address your points (I know this is late, but rather late than never :) ):1) If an application fails, we refund the credit!2) We have tabs to see successful versus failed applications!3) We have a new search system that does semantic search so it should be able to capture backend software engineer and surface our most relevant jobs for that search!4) We're still working on improving our position levels (this is hard because we need to normalize across different company types. Our naive approach was classifying by number of years of experience required, but realize that we need to be more nuanced about this!)5) This should be fixed now!6) Good shout -- will work on adding this!7) Also probably want to add this later, but this would be a bit later8) We recently made the free tier much more generous -- we made it so that you get 40 free job applications per day.

Love the concept and how clean and easy the app is. Can you consider adding a place to select your industry or type of work in a future update? I would like to see jobs that fall under the umbrella of my industry, but I can’t if I’m only able to enter the name of the position. It would also be great if we can exclude certain types of jobs. For example, my industry has job postings for nurses, I’m not qualified and would like to eliminate jobs based on requirements, like not having a nursing degree. I’ll be on the lookout for updates, this app really feels like a game changer.

Gotcha, we will add an industries option soon!
• You can now re-apply to a withdrawn application. Choose a resume and review option, then track the new attempt on the application page.
• Budget waits now explain when applications will resume, with a countdown.
• Worldwide remote jobs show “Remote · Anywhere in the world.”
• Bug fixes and performance improvements.
