My go-to daily for a game plan for what to feed my baby. I love how I can track everything and the recipes are simple and amazing! A user friendly platform which makes a complicated thing just so simple. With all the info in one place, saves me time I don’t have for research - so it’s 100% worth it! Health info, general advice, truly well rounded. I look forward to using when my baby gets bigger too, the finger food recipes look great! Not a big cook so this app is helping me figure out what to serve my 6mo old, how to prepare it, and gives me an easy way to track the foods we’ve tried, liked, etc. Some awesome / easy recipes we’ve tried too (especially liked the banana flaxseed puree idea). They seem newer as a company and I like how everything is designed, I really appreciate their philosophy. Would recommend to parents who want a credible but less opinionated way to introduce new foods to their baby.

As a feeding therapist and a mom I love this app! It is so helpful to track what foods I’ve offered my baby and how he responds to them. I love its nutritional tips and use it as a guide to continue to introduce new foods/flavors to my baby all the time. One of my other favorite features is the recipes. It’s so nice to be able to pick between meals for just my baby or the whole family. It’s so flexible that I can actually use it day-to-day!

It can be very overwhelming finding a good resource for what to feed my baby and how. This app is amazing for simplifying starting solids with my baby and has amazing recipes with solid advice on what to feed. It also has food tracking and allergen tracking which is amazing! I find some resources to be too rigid but the app makes it easy and pressure free for what I’m feeding my baby. I’m so happy I found this app!
