This app has been updated by Apple to prepare for watchOS 27 compatibility. No new features are included. Your altitude data is safer than ever! Sessions now save continuously while you’re measuring, so your altitude data is never lost. We also fixed a rare issue where some long or multiple consecutive sessions weren’t saved — everything you record is now reliably stored and ready to review.

Swipe up/down (while the app is stopped) to switch between past sessions. (Crown scroll is also still an option.)

Long press on the session information screen to delete the selected session.

Increased the amount of crown rotation necessary to scroll through prior sessions, making it easier to stop on the session of interest. Fixed a bug where the two live graph modes could be toggled accidentally.

Up to 10 sessions are now remembered! View past sessions by scrolling the crown of your watch (when not recording a new session).

Graphing: - Last 5 minutes live altitude graphed while measuring. - Altitude change history when stopped. Start and end times tracked.

Separate screens: Min/Max and Start/Stop Altitude change New screens allow min/max to be seen while app is running. Bug Fix: New altitude change screen keeps stop from being accidentally triggered. Bug Fix: Altitude readings text now dynamically changes size to always stay on one line.

Sky Gauge now has a circular widget complication so that it may be opened directly from a watch face.

New Features Version 1.2.0 Altitude measurements continue to run even when the app is in the background (such as when you return to your watch face). When measurement is stopped minimum and maximum altitudes are displayed. Minimum and maximum altitudes from the last run are remembered when re-opening the app. Feet or meters selection is now remembered.

More responsive and more accurate altitude readings. When app is open but watch transitions to 'always on' mode the altitude will continue to update approximately once per minute.

Modified the altitude display font (1 size smaller) to fit very high altitudes when displayed in feet.
