What's new? v1.7.0 Spring is finally here and we’ve got some fun announcements coming soon, so keep an eye on your inbox and Komi’s social media channels. Until then, we’re also excited to bring you a new lesson! You’ve shared with us how helpful you find the lessons when it comes to learning about breathing and biofeedback, so we’ve added a bonus lesson! In Lesson 2.6 we’ll be putting everything you’ve learned into practice with a pacing exercise that allows you to see (in real-time) how your body responds!

What's new? v1.3.3 As 2024 comes to a close we want to acknowledge the time you’ve spent with Komi on your mindfulness journey. As we look to the next year we are excited for all to come and all that we have planned for Komi in 2025. To kick things off, here's a new version of the Komi app, which includes a review of your year together with Komi! Take a look at what you accomplished this year. We’ve also added some overall app enhancements and bug fixes. Happy New Year!

What's new? v1.2.5 You want it, you got it! So many of you have expressed how much you’ve enjoyed learning about breathing in the lessons so we’re rolling out Lesson 2! With this release we’ve also built out a new level up structure that allows you to choose your own adventure: HRV, breathing exercises, and rainbows. Which path will you take? Consistently grow in all three categories? Or double down on HRV? The choice is yours!

What's new? v1.1.3 Boo! Trick-or-treat! Enjoy some Halloween-themed rewards, which you can find in Komi’s Locker! Available for a limited time only - until the last jack-o’-lantern is blown out!

What's new? v1.1.2 We found some bugs in v1.1.1, so we fixed them! One of the bugs was for those of you who have leveled up! So rest assured if you’re coming up on Level 2 you should be good to go. How many goals do YOU have left in Level 1?

The first of which being we’ve integrated with HealthKit so that your breathing practices count towards your Mindful Minutes. We’ve added sounds and haptics when you measure your HRV as well as a setting to turn those on/off. For those of you who have purchased one of our Komi plushies we have a surprise for you! They are NFC enabled and you can connect them to the Komi app by tapping the NFC icon in Komi’s Locker. (Hint: the NFC tag is at the base of the Komi plushie.)
