This update introduces some of our biggest improvements yet, making it even faster and easier to manage your club and run your games. Quick Schedule Create new cash games and tournaments in seconds. Spend less time setting up events and more time playing. Improved Player Management * Check players in and out to track play time * Update buy-in amounts directly from the Player List * Enjoy a more streamlined management experience Club Members Members can now browse their club's member list and view key player statistics, including games played, hours played, and more. Confirmed Players See who's attending before the cards are dealt. Members can now view the list of confirmed players for upcoming cash games and tournaments. Share Your Schedule Invite guest players with ease. Share your club's schedule using a simple link, allowing guests to view upcoming events and reserve their seats—no app required. Refreshed Interface We've updated several screens throughout the app to improve navigation and create a cleaner, more intuitive experience. Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements As always, we've fixed a number of bugs and made performance improvements to keep everything running smoothly. Event & Invite Screens • Updated Cash Game and Tournament invite screens • Club owners and administrators can now edit events directly from the invitation screens. • Club owners and administrators can now cancel events directly from the invitation screens. • The Register button will remain available until the event is completed. • If all available seats are filled, the option to Join Waiting List will become available • The Player Payout Report option will only appear after the event has been completed. • UI elements have been optimized to ensure all items appear on screen without requiring scrolling. New Notifications • New: Players will be notified if they are removed from an event. • New: Club owners and administrators will be notified when a player registers for an upcoming event. • New: Administrators can now notify waiting-list members when a seat becomes available. Players & Payout Card Screens • Player Payout Card UI has been updated. • Player Payout Report UI has been updated. • On the Player Screen, action buttons have been moved to the player bar, eliminating the need to swipe. Player Registration – Adding Guest Players • The email field is no longer mandatory. Text Formatting • Description fields now support carriage returns for improved formatting. Bug Fixes • Fixed an issue where the total number of players was not updating after a new player was added. • Fixed an issue where confirmed players were incorrectly moved to the waiting list after adding a new player.
