The update that came in today is not working on my iPhone. It keeps crashing and closing the app upon opening it.

Game not loading

I’ve been playing this game for almost a month and I loved it so much. I invested so much time into my glade, but two days ago the app stopped loading and started crashing every time I try to open it. I’ve updated my phone, and have deleted and reinstalled the app twice (which is not ideal because I’m using app tracking with Swagbucks to earn rewards) and even now it is still not loading past 35% and just crashes and closes. I have an iPhone 17 air with over 25% of my storage left, so I truly don’t know what the issue is at this point other than software issues on Apple’s and Tole Season’s end. I’m really sad because I love this game, but I am losing my ability to continue earning rewards and lost my streak because the app will not open anymore.

I enjoy this game, but I’m upset that it’s so hard to earn tokens to play. Once you get to the level I’m at, it takes A LOT of prestige to continue, but you still get so little tokens from the treasure box (and you can get 200 by watching 2 ads) but that’s all you get unless you’re lucky enough to earn them. — update: you now have to watch FIVE ads to get 250 tokens. So per your reply of “thanks for the feedback on ads” meant “we’re going to add more ads”. I just want to play the game and it feels like you watch more ads than play.

Fun but buggy

Lots of issues loading recently. Got worse, not better with latest update. Now it won’t even open. Some prizes not correctly attributed to tally. If you upgrade multiple items in a pop up, sometimes only the last upgrade counts towards your tally/reward. You would need to upgrade each individually to make sure it is recorded correctly. Overall fun game, needs stability issues fixed over putting out more content.
