Good for tracking shots and macros. Food entries are challenging. You cannot edit the names of items and it doesn’t always put them correctly when scanned in with the barcode. Manual food entries are tough because you have to type the info and then once it populates, you have to go back and update the macros anyway because they’re never correct. It would also be nice if you could track your water intake and daily exercise in the app for a full picture of your weight loss progress.

I have only ever been with one other provider but from my experience and the experience of friends using other companies, Gala is truly great! My subscription process was so smooth and the team was very responsive. I loved all the benefits that I got without having a monthly membership fee. Plus the medication is reasonably priced! I didn’t get any benefits or app with my last company so this has been such a great transition. I already recommended it to my friends and would recommend it to anyone reading this.

I have gone through probably 10 different apps to help me and enable me to stay on the shots and I am absolutely thrilled with this app makes everything so easy. You just click it or speak it, and it puts in all the macros and it even has level for symptoms. The only thing that is missing. Is the back when you put in your original weight it just keeps going back to the first one they definitely need to get the kink out of that

The app is great at keeping track of my stats, however as far as reaching out to Gala or requesting my next dose I haven’t found it as user friendly. It tells me to “sign in.” Yet I’m on my page with all of my information and statistics so I’m confused how I’m not logged in. So I try to log in and it’s a circle of me trying to log in and it telling me to log in. Only once the other day did I accidentally stumble across the “check in form” to request my next dosage and I don’t know how I got there nor can I get there again. Ugh!
