The app has been down for over a week during final exams, and we can’t access our grades. A university app should be reliable, especially during critical periods like this. Please fix it immediately!

This was tied to an older version of the app back in 2024 — we've made significant reliability improvements since then and the app is now much more stable on the latest version.
