Arcadia: Battle Royale 2024
Date and Location: December 7 and 8, 2024, at the Rubén Rodríguez Coliseum in Bayamón.
Event Description:
After nearly a decade of absence, Arcadia: Battle Royale returns stronger than ever. Organized by the video game specialist media "Yo soy un Gamer," this event promises to be a unique and unforgettable experience for all video game enthusiasts.
Event Concept:
Arcadia: Battle Royale is designed around the competitive spirit of gamers. Each attendee becomes a competitor in an environment that simulates a battle royale game map. Each exhibitor will be a competition station where players will receive Tokens and XP (experience points) for each challenge. The event doors will open to the public at 10 AM, and the competition will culminate at 6 PM. All attendees can redeem tokens in epic raffles at the end of the event, while the top 12 players with the most XP will advance to The Grand Final, starting at 7 PM and broadcast live through "Yo soy un Gamer" channels on Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook. The winners will receive the coveted Arcadia’s Royal Loot.
Preparation for Arcadia:
Starting in August 2024, fans can download the event's companion app on iOS. This app will allow ticket purchases and participation in real missions offering token rewards to use during the event. The video games featured at the competition stations will be selected by the players themselves through social media polls, ensuring that the titles are to the liking of the attending public.
