When I first started playing got addicted so fast. Lots to do and the wars between alliances were great. Since then they updated several times and changed it to the point where many people got fed up and quit. Even the players who spent a lot of money couldn’t take it anymore and left. Now the last update a couple of days ago did really squashed the game. We can’t even do dailies without losing in 10 minutes the troops we spent 20 hrs to train. The change wasn’t even included in the update notes they just dropped it on us without a word then refused to answer tickets and requests to see if it was a glitch. We are still waiting after almost 2 days but still no answer. One guy got word salad from a ticket that said absolutely nothing clear. It is a PTW game but it was a joy to play until now. The player base has crashed and it will be on its last breath soon.Brand new edit: oh boy did they screw me good. So..,they had a log in issue (which after 4 days just ended) during this period somehow both of my accounts were deleted by them. I repeatedly asked for help from every tier of IGG top to bottom. They did NOTHING to help me restore my accounts. I spent alot of money and time on this game and they didn’t even try to help me get my 2 accounts back. I wasn’t the only one. Others lost their accounts during this time. They also tried to overbill me pearls that are used for advancing my characters. I have screenshot it so they can’t deny it. The game is great I love it but support is total garbage from hair to toenail they are useless

The game overall now appears to be focused on appealing to small children, who I strongly doubt would be interested in this kind of game. Don't get this game, any progression you make is liable to be completely erased whenever the developer feels like it. As they have just done, they also might just decide to redo everything about the game whenever they want.

Adjustments and Optimizations
1. Combat System Adjustments:
#Great World Battle mode is changed to point-to-point combat.
#Heroes are no longer required to be deployed in Great World Battle and only soldiers can be sent out.
