It requires to set up your workspace and filespace from the web app on desktop. You can then upload files from iOS. I love uploading in the background while I’m at an event. And editors can start workin from a different city right away. It’s like magic

We're genuinely sorry that you had a frustrating experience with the app and website.It sounds like you may have been running into a current limitation of our app: it's primarily designed for users who have already set up filespaces on a desktop device. Once those are created, the mobile app allows you to easily access and work with the data within them.
