First off, I want to give major credit to the team for producing a fun game with great mechanics, rules, and combinations. Winning a match requires thought and strategy even if your units are a level or two ahead of your opponent. The graphics and vibe are great. Also it seems like a thoughtful presence in the review response department deserves credit. These aspects are very refreshing and feel very promising. However, there are major problems that may have improved since launch but have not been solved.First is simply maintaining connectivity for the course of a full match. The last update before the most recent event was so buggy the app was basically shut down within hours. The fun of the game is significantly diminished when matches don’t feel secure.Second is more of a personal opinion but the heroes and units are not balanced well. Darianne is OP. Hot dog is OP and basically the only unit that can help you achieve the higher combos. I have spent so much time trying to build a deck with the Aid-3 hero and just cannot make him competitively viable.Anyway, thank you for a great game! Despite its flaws I want to continue playing to see if your team can actually make the product as good as the concept.
