Deserves Minus 5 Stars!

This is the app apparently designed by a person with zero experience in websites… The app doesn’t accept any confirmation or booking numbers provided by the agency whom you paid the money in the first place. The app constantly says that you made “too many failing attempts”, which is just laughable since this app is designed to make you fail… The designer(s) should be ashamed of their product. The Istanbul Tourist Pass Agency should consider to take it down and ask an elementary school student ( or kindergarten student) to make a properly working app…

Incredibly frustrating app to use. Very slow and had to constantly be restarted. Signed you out every time you opened the app, none of the ticketed QR codes worked, activities displayed the wrong times, and the organization and layout need to be massively improved.

You can now buy Istanbul Tourist Pass right in the app. Choose the all-inclusive Tourist Pass or build your own Flexi Pass, pay securely by card, and your pass is ready in seconds. You can explore attractions and prices as a guest before you buy. Also new: • A refreshed home screen with your pass and passholder offers • Clearer reservations with experience options and upgrades • Reserved attractions now show their date and time everywhere • Cancel an unpaid upgrade and pick another option • A clearer checkout with traveller counts and discount codes • Bug fixes and performance improvements
