MeetingMenu is a small menu app with a lot of useful features for smoothing meeting prep and management. It displays upcoming meetings in the menu bar, lets you test your video, audio and wi-fi before joining a meeting, allows you to join a meeting with a click, and can hide your desktop and windows and generate a blank browser for you before you share your screen. I find it really handy to have everything I need for meetings in one place like this.

Great option for people with lots of meetings
Well its just me
I’ve had this app for a few days now and think it’s a great solution for people who have a lot of meetings to keep track of (of whom, unfortunately, I am one). It’s very easy to set up and quickly becomes a habit to check in on periodically throughout the day — and I haven’t missed the start of any meetings since I installed it!

Hello! Thank you for the app! Puting 2 starts so you see this review Your screen recording feature is way too broken: 1. Reimagine this area capture, because if you select full screen - nothing is clickable and you cannot launch recording. So it just blocks everything... 2. When you start recording and then move/resize the gray area - you cannot stop the recording! The stop button doesn't respond. Moreover, the recording stops at the second you try to move area - very weird! Make it more user friendly please 3. The feature that hides all windows also doesn't work: it hides only small portion of openned apps. But when you press: show all - excess unnecessary windows show up (which were not active before)4. Add the initial folder path to the app, so temp files could be accessed if something goes wrong with the appUpd 12.12.24 Wait! Do not delete screen recording feature! This is life changer and saver! There was a bug with window - it could be fixed. Feature itself is very useful (at least for me, I used it even broken. Just didn't move the recorded window and everything was fine) PLEASE BRING IT BACK!
