在JG還有為健力愛好者準備比賽用深蹲臥推架、硬舉專用區、自由重量區及健力槓與槓片。 我們在場館的規劃上，還另外設立了會員休息區、伸展區、POSING教室、運動按摩室。
歡迎各位自由教練場租、各地愛好運動健身的朋友來訓練。
