A loss of time

I like the app it help me a lot but recently i am having trouble on turning zones “off to on”and the app says that is a pending instructor working on it and it don’t make sense because I am the only who can get access to my account and I am like why they don’t say for example “ loss connection with controller “ or something that makes sense

[iOS 13 BREAKS THIS APP! Otherwise I would give this a higher review]I love the idea of controlling in my sprinkler from my phone. This app does it with sporadic success. The UI is good except for the fact that when you run some zones, the dial won’t land exactly on its own. Instead you have to dial slightly backward to get the zone you want; even though the zone name you have does not show up, you kind of have to trust the system. Then you click to except that zone and see if you got the right one. Annoying, but likely an easy fix if they will invest the time and $$ to do so. thankfully, I don’t use this professionally, or I would probably switch to some other platform.

The latest release version (4.13) should fix your iOS 13 issues! We had a slight delay with approval in the app store, so we're sorry you had a bad experience immediately after the iOS 13 update, but it should be working now!

Old review first, keep reading for update:“When you re-designed this app, did you consider at all homeowners (non-landscape professionals) who rely entirely upon mobile applications to access SmartLink? Your “streamlining“ completely killed off my access to the logs I used regularly. I also need the app in order to use a hose here. I thank you for adding in more time choices than 5 friggin minutes max, but I need you to add still more, 15 mins, 20 mins, etc. Thank goodness my iPad doesn’t automatically update applications or I’d completely have lost access to logs that I value, but I don’t feel like lugging my iPad around the property every time I need to water.” Update: since the “Programming: Make remote changes to controllers” option went from “coming soon” to being available, I was pleased to find that my logs are now available in that section! Thank you. I also like that I can now turn the system off via the app. I have noticed that I don’t get errors when I send my commands to the controller. Well, maybe random errors here and there but nothing like before this version. The cleaner “run manual zone” interface is pretty good, I’ve learned to appreciate it I would request if you could add a bunch more time options. I would like a 15 minute interval, at least.

Rare to actually be able to speak with someone, the service/support has been really good. The quality of their irrigation products is good as well. A little pricey but reliable, durable and cheaper in the long run. Over all really pleased with these guys. Would recommend them.

• Inspections: new Review & Submit summary screen — edit an issue right from the summary before you send it. • Add controllers faster with improved QR/aircard code scanning and a direct controller-details link. • Fixed inflated "urgency" event counts on the controller page and event filter tags. • More reliable syncing when offline, with clearer error messages if something fails. • Fixed quantity edits not sticking and overlapping dropdowns in inspections. • Compatibility and stability updates for the latest iOS and Android.
