How it works
Workers identify each bait station in the field by QR code, NFC tag or manual entry, record what they find and save it. The data goes straight to the Rodent App web portal, where managers get a complete, detailed view of every farm.
On the portal, every bait station is shown at its location on a map. Each one comes with its full history: inspection dates and times, rodent activity levels, bait replacements, and the products and batch numbers used. Nothing is missed and everything is recorded.
This makes it easy to see at a glance which boxes or bait stations need attention. For example, you can spot stations where rodent activity is rising or bait needs replacing. With detailed data at hand, managers can make informed decisions and act quickly, whether with rodenticide or other control methods, before small problems become major infestations.

QR code scanning: Scan the QR code on a bait station and the app identifies it right away.
NFC tag scanning: Hold your phone near the bait station's NFC tag for a quick, contact-free check-in.
Manual entry: No tag or code available? Pick the farm, shed and box from simple drop-down lists.
Automatic date and time: Each inspection records the date and time of the visit on its own, so logs are accurate and traceable.
Rodent activity tracking: Rate activity at each station on a clear 5-level scale: No Activity, Minimal, Moderate, Major and Extreme.
Bait replacement logging: Record which rodenticide products were replaced at each station with a single tap.
Bait product management: Keep a list of your rodenticide products with batch numbers and dates of manufacture, and add new products whenever you need to.
Central database: All records are stored centrally and can be viewed straight away, which gives you a full history for every farm, shed and box.
Secure login: Each worker signs in with their own user ID and password, so every record is tied to the person who made it.
