A few weeks ago I wrote a review in a moment offrustration because the app wasnt allowing me to add data and all my current date had disappeared frim my app. I angrily deleted the app, wrote a bad review, The company responded to my question, letting me know that there had been a blip they were working to repair. Even though I had delteted the app, they let me know how to recover my results, which I was able to do. I missed two days posting, but since then everything has worked fine. Because the company was so responsive, I am changing my review.

After using for 4 months, today all of my data is gone. And app does not respond to my attempts to renter data for today too start over. Literally ineffective. Plus my doctor wants me to send her the data plus A1c calculation. Now what do I do?After the app developer saw my complaint, the problem was assessed and fixed. My data was added back to the account. I only lost a few days while the app was offline. I’m grateful for the reply to my query and am happily using the app.
