Instant Data Sync:
Organflow provides instant data sync with other biometric devices synced within the organization. Users clocked in across different sites and devices can view all punch entry times of their teammates within minutes through the mobile application.
Leave and Permission Management: Users or department leads can apply for leaves and permissions with the leave type they are provided through our user-friendly interface. After creating a leave/permission request, users can check the status through the leave summary screen. The app features an intuitive leave approval flow, linking each user with a department lead and manager.
Approval Workflow:
Department leads and managers can approve or reject leave and permission requests through their team zone within the mobile portal.
Team Status Screen:
We have a unique status screen where users can see their teammates' availability, whether they are present or on a break at the current time.
Holiday Planning:
Users can view all the holidays their organization provides in the mobile app and plan their leaves accordingly.
