Danielle clearly put so much thought, time, and energy into creating the best workout app around. I’ve been following Danielle for a few years now and have come to rely on her challenges to keep me motivated in seasons where motivation is low. When I’ve been at some of my lowest points mentally, her workouts and words of encouragement in her videos have helped me remember why I work out - to do ONE thing for myself each day. I love her real world approach to working out and that she doesn’t focus looking a certain way. She truly wants everyone to feel stronger and show up for themselves. Since I’ve been using her app, I’ve been doing 4-5 of her workouts a week. I can lift heavier weights, can do pushups unassisted, don’t get super out of breath on cardio moves, and feel all around stronger. This app is worth every penny solely to access Danielle’s workouts and challenges! In addition to the workouts you also get access to a super supportive community of other people using the app that Danielle herself participates in. Compare all of that and the cost of the app to a gym membership or personal training sessions and you’ll likely find that this app is more affordable. And that coming from someone who historically avoids paying for apps whenever possible.

I’ve been a fan of Danielle for a few years now, after I originally discovered her amazing workouts on FitOn and Instagram. The app is a worthwhile investment, especially if you know how physically and mentally invigorating DP workouts are. The app is easy to navigate, with a search bar and filters like time range and spice level (haha). There are self-guided workouts and pre-recorded videos, with a helpful breakdown of the exercises and equipment needed. Classes are grouped by upper body, lower body, HIIT style, and more. I especially enjoy the warm up and cool down options, as DP is a big proponent of taking steps to avoid injury. Another unique feature is the community forum, where you can share your fitness experiences with others in a supportive online setting. Danielle is a challenging and inspiring trainer, letting her personality shine through. Her honesty, enthusiasm, and sense of humor are refreshing. DP encourages you to push yourself, realizing you’re stronger than you think; but also giving yourself grace on tough days when you may not have the mental capacity or energy for a workout. As a fellow busy toddler mom like Danielle, I look forward to the window of time when I can squeeze in a workout with her on the app and feel strong and rejuvenated!

I have been doing Danielle’s workouts for 6+ years, from FitOn, her programs/challenges, and now her own app! I love her positivity and that she can keep workouts entertaining with different exercises and holding a good convo haha - sometimes I need that convo to distract me from the pain. Her workouts are spicy which is great, and she provides multiple modifications for each exercise. I went all in and did the annual subscription and so far it’s been great! I complete access to any challenges and programs, or general workouts. It’s also great that you can download your workouts if you have poor service where you workout or if you’re traveling! I’m so excited to see what else she has planned for the app. It’s just so nice to have all her workouts and tips in one place, and you can tell that she put a lot of hard work and thought in the building of this app. Highly recommend this app for everyone, especially if you like having spicy workouts, modification options, positive vibes, a great community, etc.

Most reviews will rave about Danielle’s workouts, creativity and energy. She is most certainly passionate about helping people across the globe find joy in movement, and has everyone looking forward to her mixture of HIIT and strength workouts. What not every review will share is just how real Danielle is. Not many trainers will show you the real side of things, how some days just aren’t your days, how life can throw you a million curveballs, how some days your toddler just ain’t having it. THAT is what has me coming back. Danielle understands that her job extends much farther than just AMRAPs and EMOMs. She reaches into your heart as a HUMAN trying to navigate alongside you. She’s right by you in those tough moments, enduring it with you, moving through it and finding beauty in the journey. On this app, you’ll find ways to move through what you go through, with someone who gets it. Who will empower you. Who will get you to your mat and show you that in fact, CAN. And you will. And you’ll be stronger because of it!
