This app is very useful for homeowners. Especially if you are a DIY’er, is a handy tool that facilitates keeping track of home projects and costs. If I decide to hire a contractor, it allows me to add contacts. Comes in handy with keeping track of maintenance tasks and equipment warranties. It also has the option to add planned projects so that I don’t forget.

There’s so many home maintenance apps out there that are bloated, messy and don’t work. This app is clean, simple and just works really well when keeping inventory and records of your home. It’s always improving and being updated too. Don’t use anything else - this is the app to use for your home!!

I love the idea of keeping track of everything in one place, especially being able to share it with my spouse. Instead of loose papers, forgotten maintenance dates, missed audits, or lost warranty details, this app makes it convenient to plan ahead and stay organized. It’s really helpful to have everything together in one spot.
