Finally Fit can now remind you at the end of the day to log your food, and nudge you back when you've been away from training for a while. Both are optional, with their own notification sound and toggles in Settings.

Strength workouts recorded on your Apple Watch or in other apps now import automatically and show their source, so your training history stays complete.
A SHARPER FAT-LOSS CHECK-IN
If you're losing fat, the weekly check-in now looks at how your calories landed and asks what got in the way, then adjusts your targets accordingly, instead of a generic difficulty question.
FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS
Fixed a bug where the photo taken at the end of a workout could be dropped, plus other bug fixes and improvements.
