A simpler, more decluttered way to manage your tasks. Sync your tasks from Notion, Apple Reminders, or create new lists with SyncTasks.
As a daily Notion user, I found the Notion mobile app to be too cluttered and overly complicated for simple tasks management. It is also severely lacking in widget integration which is a crucial part of the iOS experience. I have tried Todoist and TickTick with Zapier, but they lacked support for all the features I needed, AND THERE IS A SUBSCRIPTION?! I wanted a simpler, more integrated solution. That's why I built SyncTasks.
Due to popular demand, I've added the option to use SyncTasks as a standalone to-do app without syncing with Notion. This can be especially useful for quickly tracking tasks like grocery lists and other on-the-go needs.
Key Features of SyncTasks:
Notion Integration: Two-way sync with your Notion databases. This feature also allows you to sync databases from multiple Notion Workspaces.
Apple Reminders Integration: Two-way sync with your Apple Reminders.
Minimal Task List Widget: My favorite feature! Inspired by dumb phones, this minimalist widget blends seamlessly with your wallpaper to create a distraction-free interface reminiscent of a dumb phone. Your home screen will display only your tasks, with no other distractions, so you can stay focused and get as much done as possible.
Stay Organized: I've decided to go back to basics and stick with the trusty folder system to help you group your tasks and stay organized. You can also quickly filter and search through your tasks to find exactly what you need.
Exclusive Membership Card: I absolutely love the feeling of getting something unique for myself. So, I've added this totally unnecessary but fun feature! When you first get your card after upgrading to premium (it's a one-time purchase, by the way—because I absolutely hate subscriptions), you can drag and shake it to unlock a series of randomized colors with different gradients on the card. This means your card will be unique to you and you alone. I know it's not essential, but it's kind of exciting, right?
No ads. No tracking. Transparent update: Nobody likes being tracked, and I'm no exception. I've also included a Release Notes section in the app where I'll share all the new features, major bug fixes, and improvements with you. This keeps the update process as informative and transparent as possible. I'm doing this because I genuinely want to build and grow alongside my users.
If you've encountered a similar issue with the Notion mobile app and are looking for a solution, want a way to stay focused and get things done, or just simply want to hang out, install SyncTasks and join me on this journey. I'll see you on the other side!
SyncTasks has swooped in like a superhero to solve my task management dilemmas, and I couldn’t be more grateful! 🌟 As someone who loves bridging technology with everyday life, this app is nothing short of a revelation. Just imagine the joy of seeing my iOS reminders and Notion tasks beautifully displayed in one seamless interface. It’s like having a personal assistant who never misses a beat! The app not only brings ease but also elegance to task management, with a theme that resonates with my style. It’s intuitive, straightforward, and saves me from the chaos of jumping back and forth between apps. The syncing feature, though still finding its perfect groove with Notion, shows promise, and I trust those minor hitches will soon be ironed out.Kudos to the developers who have managed to craft an app that feels like it understands the modern human’s need for simplicity and functionality together. It’s like they peeked into my wishlist and said, "You know what, let’s make this happen!" All I need now is a desktop or web version, but until then, SyncTasks is my go-to productivity tool. Bravo! 👏

My Review Of the App & What I think Compared to other apps

SyncTasks is a task management app that integrates seamlessly with Notion, offering a more streamlined experience for managing to-dos on mobile devices. It provides two-way synchronization with Notion databases, allowing users to manage tasks directly from their mobile devices. The app also features home screen widgets, enabling users to view and check off daily tasks directly from the widget. For those who prefer not to integrate with Notion, SyncTasks can function independently as a standalone to-do application. The app utilizes a classic folder system to help users group and organize tasks efficiently. Recent updates have introduced features like Apple Reminders integration and support for additional Notion properties, enhancing its functionality. Users appreciate its simplicity and effective integration with Notion, making it a valuable tool for staying organized. So far this is the best to do list app I have ever used thanks allot

So I’ve been a big notion user for a bit now, and for the longest time I’ve always wanted ways to make it more fluent with my day to day tasks and usage, that would include my phone or smart watch. With this app, you can literally do just that. Be reminded of certain tasks, charts and plans you made on notion, linked with your database and notify you on your phone and watch which helps a ton if your someone like me who loses focus. One thing I would like to see though, is the option to see your tasks on your lock screen as a widget option there. Many other apps use the option to show weather or whatever on your lock screen and if I’m in a hurry, this would be a huge help to see it the moment I grab my phone and see it pop up on my lockscreen without even needing to unlock it.
Minimalist perfection

The app is simple and easy to use and love the integration with reminders. One suggestion I have is if possible, could you please add whisper ai integration on device only for voice notes/reminders? This would be an awesome feature to have. One more thing not sure if I’m missing something, but if you could make the large minimalist widget be able to be add to a large widget stack that would be great. Looking forward to any updates, great job.
- Fixed spacing issues in to-do lists
