Access your calendar with a sleek, intuitive interface, and manage all your work events, plus any important interviews or start dates you may want to track.
If you're using JobDiva's native SMS tool, DivaBuzz, you'll be able to text directly from the app, seamlessly continuing conversations from JobDiva's desktop site.
You and any timesheet or expense approvers in your program can review and respond to submitted transactions quickly and conveniently. Your sales team can easily access and update their CRM records. And the Jobs Dashboard sorts and prioritizes your openings, guiding your attention to underserved roles or additional opportunities.
Job pages are now also available on the app, providing a full record of submittals, interviews, and starts. Permitted users can reassign resources or update jobs on the fly.
The app is no where close to the capabilities of the physical website address, home page is not customizable. Specifically missing the calendar, necessary to have for follow up associations with specific contacts within companies.

Save yourself time and avoid downloading this app. Whether you are a recruiter or especially in a sales role, this app lacks many of the features that you would find on the desktop version. Furthermore it seems to me that JobDiva is not interested in improving this space… while competing platforms excel!Another reviewer here is stating that we as users should expect less from a mobile platform. I have to disagree with that statement. I do expect more, it’s 2022 and recent generations of iPhones, especially tablets have more than enough processing power to run this system.

It's like it's not even the same ATS System at all, maybe not even connected so the info you put on it doesn't save or populate from the app to the real site. They clearly do not care about the app at all.Unable to post video of "error number 1,999,999,999..." continuing to count up I got

Was hoping this app would allow me to more easily work on the go. Not functional or user friendly. Can’t add information, the screen is just blank. Not useful at all.
