That raises serious concerns about fairness, especially for a platform that encourages players to spend real money on in-game currency.If Vegas Infinite wants to be taken seriously as a competitive, immersive casino experience, they need to implement and disclose a regularly updated, independently audited RNG system. Until then, it’s hard to trust the results—and even harder to recommend the game to others.

This game is horrible. This game has so many problems and takes the fun out of casino games. To start, half of the time it either freezes or just crashes all together. I play the tournaments a lot and by the time you get logged back in, your money is almost down to zero and basically already lost. The customer service is absolutely useless and make no effort with trying to resolve any issues or complaints. Most of the games are pretty much rigged. The only way to make money in the game is to spend real money. Any of the “pick 3” mini games when hitting a jack pot or triggering special events, you get the absolute lowest amount possible guaranteed. i hit the infinite jackpot once and i screenshotted it. then the game froze and i lost the jackpot, imagine that. when i contacted customer support, they told me i had “no proof” and that was it. this game is pathetic. if you need help to stop a gambling addiction, this game would solve that instantly. horrible game.
