Dear sir, Thank you for reporting your concern, we can understand how frustrating your experience would have, specially when related to timing and pricing, we are working on to support location wise pricing directly on App and it will be released very soon. Regarding timing, our app shows estimated time and 5PM might be starting time from Kakadvitta, and even after booking if we request our valued customer to communicate with bus operator or our support directly if there is any confusion. We are really very sorry for your bad experience, kindly send us your booking id to our support at 9704666777 on whatsapp. Thank you.
