I’ve tried a lot of fitness apps, but this AI fitness tracker has been the most helpful by far. It actually adapts to my progress instead of giving the same generic advice every day. This app was great it really separated it self from the BMI score it gave me a better and complete measurement of my over all health simplified into 1 single number. This number didn’t just depend on my height and weight like BMI does it took into consideration not just my weight, body fat percentage and waist size but also my fitness level.
