You can play Apple Music songs in sync with your own exercise rhythm. *Currently, only playlists are supported, so please add songs to a playlist as needed. [How to Use While Running] By keeping the music tempo consistent, you can help stabilize your running pace. - When you want to run faster Set the BPM to 150-160 for tempo runs or pace runs. - When you want to run more slowly Set the BPM to 140-150 for jogging or recovery runs. [How to Use While Dancing] Lower the BPM slightly for choreography lessons. Increase the BPM slightly to train yourself to get used to faster movements.
