If the app is for foreigners why are all the documents you want them to agree to in Korean? Don’t want to sign anything that I can’t read.
All points removed...twice

I was just forced by the app to re-register for the second time (three total registrations), and I've lost all of my points...again. I can't seem to access anything I've done previously related to Jeonbuk Bank. Almost all the correspondence I receive is in Korean, so I don't know what's going on.

Keeps giving error

I have been trying to activate walking feature on this app but it keeps giving an error about country code. Is this app not for foreigners?

Hi! First of all, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Bravo Korea is an app for foreigners living in and outside of Korea. The walking feature (Bravo Walking) can be used by everyone but converting the point to cash is only possible for those with JB Bank accounts.If you're still experiencing the same trouble, would you like to explain more about it to us at r.giani@jbbank.co.kr?
