This app does not work. Yes, it recognizes my remote and the apps available in my iPad. But it does not saves settings and the apps does not recognize the remote, it doesn’t exist to the apps. I was looking forward to the capabilities of the control, but is completely useless. Looking forward for these problems to be fixed.

Adobe fresco recently had a major update with tools moved around. It really messed up my work flow. So I reseached a wireless shortcut keyboard and settled on xp pen. I did so much trouble shooting trying to get my ipad bluetooth to read the remote. I finally found the app and everything started worked properly. The app is so simple to use. I love it. And in love my new work flow.

They need to quickly fix this problem where the shortcut remote not connecting. I shouldn’t need to email a person to operate my remote. The only thing I should do is be able to connect remote only to my iPad and be able to use the app with it. Please fix this. It’s not fair for the people that bought your product.

(Update) the app is much better. You MUST update your ACK-05 to the latest firmware which requires emailing support (come on guys...) and updating the hardware (works on PC only). It's working much better now and saving the key bindings which is very useful for iPad work.
