Say Goodbye to Ugly JSON on Your iPhone or iPad! You deserve beautifully readable JSON—every single time!
Hey Developers, JSON Lovers, and Tech Enthusiasts!
Ever fetch data from an API, get a shiny JSON response, and then… bam! It’s an unreadable mess on your gorgeous iPhone screen? We’ve all been there. But don’t worry—your JSON woes are officially over!
Introducing PrettyJsonInBrowser—your new go-to Safari iOS extension that magically transforms chaotic JSON into something beautifully readable, right on your iPhone. No more squinting or frustration—just clean, human-friendly JSON, exactly how it should be.
Whether you’re a seasoned pro, a coding hobbyist, or somewhere in between, this app is made for you!
The function to only work on certain sites seems to be broken as it never asks me to allow the pages i need so i need to manually turn it on and off each time as i dont want it reading every webpage.
What's New in This Update:
A Redesigned Theme Picker: Choosing a theme used to mean reading names in a dropdown and hoping for the best. Not anymore! Every theme now sits in its own row with a color swatch showing its actual background alongside its key, string and number colors, plus a one-line description of what you're getting. Tap one and it applies immediately, with no Save button to hunt for.
Four New Themes, Twelve in Total: Say hello to Solarized (low-contrast warm), Dracula (purple-tinted dark), Nord (cool arctic dark) and Sepia (paper, easy on the eyes). They join Standard, Compact, Twilight, Monokai, Midnight, Retro, American and C64.
Clearer Status and a Fix: The popup now shows whether the extension is active on the page you're viewing. We also cleaned up some stray characters that could appear beside closing brackets, so your JSON closes as neatly as it opens.
As always, simply open the extension, select your favorite theme, and enjoy perfectly formatted JSON that matches your style. Pretty JSON In Browser remembers your preferences for a seamless experience every time.
