Idk how I was missing this advice all 32 years of my life until now. I love my wife more than ever before. This isn’t even just about the sex. I’m not even 2 weeks in and we haven’t had sex yet, I know it’s a process winning that back. But right now I’m finding I can relate to my wife in a way I never could before. I understand her. I have a bond with her. I can talk to her. I’m more attracted to her than I have been in a long time. Today was the first day since before we were married I was excited to get home just to see her. I’m so turned on by her, and the crazy thing I’m not even concerned at all about us not having sex right now because of how strongly I feel our connection in other ways. This makes me even more confident the next time we have sex it will be the best in a long time.

If you’ve never done therapy/can’t afford it and are completely lost, this app is probably great. If you have life experience and/or have gone through therapy, this app is usually pretty basic especially the stupid text heavy modules with very basic information you could find online for free. Also not a fan of some of the prompts but that’s because I’m someone who actually journals. The main courses/daily lessons I find somewhat helpful- maybe just because they give me hope and I’m desperate lol- but still have small things that could be better. Personally I don’t think it’s worth the cost. Also - the people giving this 5 stars are either those who like I said probably haven’t gone through counseling or are literally doing a first day/week review. My last major complaint is that i am highly suspicious of the apps claims that so many of its users get back with their exes. That said still going to try and get through the program but I’m not getting my hopes up. This app really should do better not to get other people’s hopes up either.

Prior to beginning work with this app a few days ago, the occurrence of bouts of anxiety went between constant and frequent. I was sleeping 3-4 hours per night and feeling of sadness, disappointment with myself and lack of focus was the stuff of my day and night. The past two nights have provided me with around eight hours of sleep each night. This morning I woke up without anxiety hitting me in the face. I’m now able to focus better and accomplish things that have been hanging out on to-do list.

Relatio can give you the basic advice and communication skills to improve yourself. But Relatio didn’t give me any “magical” insights I hadn’t already read through my own personal research and growth. I purchased it because I was desperate to save my marriage. I thought maybe they did have some “magic answer,” I was missing that I hadn’t read. But in the end, it all comes down to improving yourself physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually; and improving your listening and communication skills. In the end, no one can promise you’ll get your ex back. They can only give you the tools to improve yourself to be a better you. Maybe that’s enough to attract the person you cared so much about back; but if not then you’re a better more confident you for a possible future relationship with the tools to possibly not make the same mistakes you made in the past.
