Do not waste your money on this app. I purchased it a little over a week ago and it worked for about a day. It stopped processing my recordings. Also you are not able to use it on your iPad. I have contacted their customer service and to get my money back. The processing time was long at first, but at least I got summaries and transcriptions that I could use. Now it just spins and spins and spins. And never produces the transcription. I just recorded a 15 minute meeting and it said that it could not process. And like I said, for some reason, Apple will not give me my money back. I do not know why this is not eligible for a refund. It’s horrible! Do not it’s a waste of money

I downloaded the app to help with take notes for online courses because it takes me 2x-3x longer to get through a lecture when taking notes. I just listened to two 1+ hour lectures. The first lecture it did not record anything. The second lecture I broke up into sections thinking maybe it was too long of a lecture for one recording. Every time I stopped the recording to retrieve the notes the app would crash. For me this app is a no go.

Glitchy. Lost recordings

I tried using this today at a conference. Three sessions under 30 minutes. 2 of the 3 errored during transcribing and lost the recording. Why would the recording be lost? It should at least allow for reprocessing.
