Jettel Softphone
Your desk phone in your pocket
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Answer calls to your office extension anywhere, even when the app is closed. Set up in minutes with a QR code.
Your desk phone, now in your pocket. With Jettel you answer calls to your office extension on your iPhone, whether you are at the office, at home or on the road. Customers and colleagues keep calling your usual number, and you call them back from the same number.
Never miss a call
Incoming calls reach your iPhone even when the app is closed. They ring on the standard iPhone call screen, including on the lock screen, and you answer with one tap.
Ready in minutes
Scan the QR code your administrator gives you and your account is set up, or enter the details by hand. Use several business lines or extensions in the same app. You can always see whether each account is connected and, if something goes wrong, exactly why.
Everything you need during a call
• Mute, speaker and hold
• Transfer a call to a colleague directly, or talk to them first and then transfer
• Keypad for voice menus
• Make a second call and switch between calls
• Works with your Bluetooth and wired headsets
Your contacts and history with you
Call people in your iPhone contacts directly and save new numbers to your contacts. Your call history shows who called and when, with names from your contacts.
Make it yours
Do Not Disturb per account, light and dark theme, and an English, Turkish, Russian, Spanish or French interface. For technical teams: UDP, TCP and TLS transport, audio codec and network settings.
No ads. Your contacts and call history stay on your iPhone.
Before you start
• Jettel is not a phone line or calling service; it needs a SIP account from your company or service provider. Accounts cannot be created in the app.
• Allow the notification and microphone permissions the app asks for, so you never miss a call.
