Hey, I'm Nads - the founder of Bia. I'm the youngest woman in history to sit on the board of a FTSE-250 company, at half the average non-exec age. But despite having paper success I felt incredibly lost, overwhelmed and alone. I've come to believe that true success is what we feel inside and that the relationship and care we have towards ourselves is the foundation for success in all areas of our life. So, I quit my job in Finance to build Bia!
Bia is a movement to help you to build and nurture that relationship. It's the stuff I wish I'd learned at Cambridge!
Each day, let your spirit animal guide you with a mental fitness exercise that takes just a few minutes and is easy to fit into your day. I didn't know where to start with the masses of information out there - so I've spent 6 years putting this together in a simple bitesize way. I'm not a mental health professional, but they're the things that changed my life.
Bia is also your safe place to let everything weighing you down out. Journal - with or without prompts and even without words. You can also set goals and create personal reminders to support you on your journey. The real growth comes from repetition and so the reminders are there to help you to get into a good daily routine.
I am most proud that Bia is completely free to use. Not only is it free to use, but we actually reward you for engaging with your mental and emotional well being with rewards from some of the coolest brands around - including Nike, Joe and the Juice, SoulCycle and See Tickets!
Bia is inspired by my dog and co-founder, Krypto. She’s a constant source of unconditional love, support and hope in my life - and that’s what I hope Bia will be for you x
