Release Notes – Improvements & Enhancements Added location-based search in Agent Marketplace - agents now displayed based on user's location for more relevant results. When a requested agent declines a showing, Cynthia notifies the user and allows tagging another agent to the same property tour directly from Cynthia Chat. Cynthia messages now highlight the exact number of properties added in saved searches, with a browse listing option directly. Properties shared via social media now redirect recipients to the exact listing; users receive a Cynthia chat: "A Surf Local user has shared a property with you." Added visual indicators for liked/disliked properties, plus banner text on off-market properties.
