With the Monograph app you can be sure that your all your time is accounted for properly by assigning it to the correct project (or overhead), phase and activity. You'll also be able to include notes so that your project manager and admin have all the information they need for seamless billing.

Simply take a photo of your receipts and we'll fill in the info for you. You can of course create expenses manually, choose from your existing photo library and keep track of the status of all your submitted expenses.

These guys have created a product that is great for tracking time but not so great for invoicing. They force you into their mold of what to display to clients without full customization. We spent time implementing and now we’re having to spend extra time reverting to our old invoice forms because we have clients that want to see invoices a certain way and we cannot accommodate them due to Monograph’s lack of customization.

Monograph falls short in the day to day tasks, actual invoicing and real life management of a project. doesn’t integrate into anything except quickbooks and has the worst customer support team on the face of the earth.
