Love this app for GLP1 and weight tracking!

This app has made tracking my weekly GLP1 shots and weight so easy. Before I found this app I had a notebook that I would log my shot, the location of the shot, and my weight. Now with this app i can keep everything in my phone and it calculates my weight loss for me. It is interesting to see the estimated levels in my system as well. They are always updating the app with new features to make it more efficient. Highly recommend if you are on a GLP1 journey.

I like a lot about this app. One thing I find challenging is that a couple times when I’ve had to take my jab a bit early, it still shows my next treatment at the original time (ie: I took it at one a.m. because I’m working overnight, it will still show next treatment 12 hours and count down to the original time, as well as showing overdue instead of updating that it was done). It’s frustrating because even tho I know it’s done, I want the info to be accurate. It does update the log, but the next treatment count of w does not update.

You're right—when you take your dose early, the countdown timer should adjust to reflect that new schedule, not stick to the original time. I use the free version to track my progress. It’s perfect for my needs. I log my shot every week. Update my weight. You can also take photos of your progress. Yet I only do that once a month. I HATE pictures. You can also log side effects and symptoms. Nutrition intake. Everything of the free version is perfect for me. The notifications are ok. I’m not getting them all the time even though I have it set. All in all a simple app with a great interface.
