This app has made tracking my weekly GLP1 shots and weight so easy. Before I found this app I had a notebook that I would log my shot, the location of the shot, and my weight. Now with this app i can keep everything in my phone and it calculates my weight loss for me. It is interesting to see the estimated levels in my system as well. They are always updating the app with new features to make it more efficient. Highly recommend if you are on a GLP1 journey.

I like a lot about this app. You can customize your dose as recurring on the same day or adjust the day count (I.e. every six days) at a recurring time. I wish you could also update the dose onto that same screen but that’s pretty minor. I also wish that I could use this app to track all my daily meds and all my symptoms for my health challenges instead of having to use a separate app for that, but I get that this is specialized for GLP-1 users (just a selfish wish lol). I don’t use the meal tracking because it doesn’t give me all the nutritional info I need. I love the visual weight tracking chart (I love it less on the weeks I don’t lose but that’s a me problem not an app problem :) and the visual of the estimated medication chart. Helps me when I’m wondering why I’m starting to get hungry again. Great basic app for GLP-1 users.

I use the free version to track my progress. It’s perfect for my needs. I log my shot every week. Update my weight. You can also take photos of your progress. Yet I only do that once a month. I HATE pictures. You can also log side effects and symptoms. Nutrition intake. Everything of the free version is perfect for me. The notifications are ok. I’m not getting them all the time even though I have it set. All in all a simple app with a great interface.

Very useful, streamlined and no glitches

I’ve been using this app for two months. I’m a big fan of trying out the apps that aren’t the MOST downloaded because I feel like there’s a better chance of heart still being in the game. So far: no glitches, no issues with the interface, does everything g it said it would and makes using terzepatide much more rewarding.
