Great app with an amazing selection of movies. I really enjoy the content and look forward to new releases. The only thing I’d love to see improved is the auto-play trailers on the TV home screen—they’re a bit too loud and frequent. Either removing auto-play or lowering the trailer volume would make the experience even better. Overall, very happy with the app!

I used to rent a movie for a day or a week. Now they have gone from rental to subscription. I mean subscription ma jana lai teti dherai contents haru pani chaina. You guys need a good marketing team which you guys don’t have at the moment. I used to use this app but I won’t be using it anymore.

Easily one of the worst app experiences I’ve ever had.I had an active monthly subscription — fine. Then I had to rent a new series separately (even as a subscriber). Fine again. But the moment I paid, the series vanished.I had to chase down their support team on WhatsApp (yes, really) to even get a reply. They told me it would be fixed in 15 minutes.15 hours later, the content was still gone. I ended up getting charged twice — and zero resolution.To top it off, I had to escalate the whole thing to Apple just to get my refund because the app support clearly wasn’t going to do anything.Terrible backend, broken support system, and complete disrespect for paying customers.Save yourself the headache. Stay far away until they figure out how to run a streaming app properly.

I tried unsubscribing the current plan, could not see the option. UI not user friendly and why the more payment options popup in browser and the information says manage through the app when everything started from there. Where can I find the card information add/remove card options??
