Gigz 2.0 is here. Add a show, it finds the setlist and the venue, and the night stays somewhere you can find it again. Free, with Premium for the obsessives.
You were there. Gigz is a journal for the gigs you've been to.
Add a show in about ten seconds: search the artist, pick the night, and Gigz fills in the venue, the city and the tour. It leaves you a page for the rest — who you went with, where you stood, the song that flattened you. Write a line or write a page. It keeps both.
IT KNOWS WHAT THEY PLAYED
Most nights, the setlist is already there — every song, in order, including the one they only played twice on the whole tour. Setlists come from setlist.fm, the fan-built archive.
TWENTY YEARS OF GIGS, ALREADY LOGGED
If you've been marking your shows on setlist.fm, bring them across in one go — artists, venues, dates, setlists — so your first day in the app isn't an empty list.
THE ONE BLURRY PHOTO THAT SAYS EVERYTHING
Every gig gets a photo, and the app takes its colour from it. Your history ends up looking like the shows themselves.
FREE IS FREE
The journal, the setlists and a photo for every gig cost nothing, for as long as you use the app. No ads, no countdown, no card. You can export everything, any time.
GIGZ PREMIUM
For people who know their gig count to the nearest one.
• Upcoming shows — track the gigs you're going to next, counting down alongside the ones you've been to. Australia only at launch, because that's where the event data is strong; more countries as the data holds up.
• Up to 15 photos a gig, for the nights one photo can't hold.
• Stats and achievements — bands, venues, cities, first gig, longest gap, the artist you keep going back to.
• Follow your friends — see the shows you both made, who's seen a band more times, and settle the merch-queue argument. Attended shows are visible to mutual friends only, and only while sharing is on. Upcoming shows stay private unless you share them with a specific friend.
Gigz Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: US$5.99 a month or US$59.99 a year (two months free), or the equivalent in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Cancel and you keep the free journal, with all your gigs in it.
