Internet issues

The version released on 7 September has fundamental issue. Doesn’t open. It’s stuck in the front end with an error that says - Technical error - Connect to internet. Same error both on WiFi and data or data roaming. Regret updating the app. I’m stuck with an app where I’m not able to use it on my phone and have to be dependant on the desktop version for access. Kindly upload a debugged version.

Too much work

This has been a ridiculous process to download an app. I have been locked out twice because it keeps sending more access codes and invalidating the older ones. Why is this necessary when I have already confirmed through CrontoSign and the web portal? I don’t see the point of this.

Non functional app

The verification code cannot be sent outside Switzerland to a non-Swiss number, which is preposterous as not all customers are Swiss in Switzerland. Technical support doesn’t seem interested in fixing it.
